5The team was great. Love the new website. They were super responsive. We hit some delays on the production side that delayed the website launch but they were very flexible. I recommend asking for a shared doc of the text, if you ask them to write portions of the website copy. It makes it easier to keep track of where the drafting progress is and saved a lot of back and forth. Would recommend!
